Coworking Space Websites That Fill Desks

AI Tapz Team · October 5, 2026

People choosing a coworking space are comparing three or four options at once, usually on their phone, often between meetings. The spaces that win make it easy to see what's on offer, what it costs and what the space actually looks like — then book a tour in a few taps.

Lay out your workspace types clearly

Hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, meeting rooms, day passes — give each its own section with who it suits, what's included and how access works. Freelancers, small teams and visiting professionals are looking for different things.

Publish membership pricing

"Contact us for pricing" sends comparison shoppers to the space down the road. Show monthly prices or starting points, and say what's included — meeting-room hours, printing, mail handling, guest passes.

Let the photos do the selling

A gallery of your real space — desks, kitchen, phone booths, meeting rooms, natural light — answers "would I enjoy working here?" better than any description. Keep photos current; stale ones cost you trust on the first visit.

Spell out amenities and access

  • Opening hours and whether members get 24/7 access.
  • Internet speed, phone booths, printing and lockers.
  • Transport links, parking and bike storage.
  • Community events, if you run them.

Make tours and meeting rooms easy to request

A short form for membership enquiries and meeting-room requests — name, what they're interested in and a preferred date — converts browsers into visitors. Treat online requests as requests you confirm, so nobody double-books a room.

Stay in touch with people who aren't ready

Many visitors are months from signing. A newsletter with events and open days keeps you on their list when they are ready to move.

A ready-made starting point

Our coworking space website template has five pages — Home, About, Services, FAQ and Contact — covering workspace types, membership pricing, amenities and a photo gallery. Its membership-inquiry and meeting-room request form, plus a newsletter signup, store submissions in your own Postgres database, never on AI Tapz, and you can review and clear them from the "Manage live data" panel in your library.
