Planning a Personal Training Studio Website

AI Tapz Team · September 27, 2026

People choose a personal training studio because of the coaches and the results — and most need a nudge to take the first step. A good studio website introduces the team, shows what training there is actually like, and makes booking a first consultation feel easy and low-pressure.

Sell the coaches

Trainer profiles with photos, certifications, specialisms and a line about each coach's approach do more than any slogan. Prospects are choosing who they'll spend hours with — let them meet those people before they arrive.

Explain programs by goal

Organise training options around what people want: strength, weight loss, rehab after injury, sports performance, training for older adults. Say who each program suits, how often sessions run and what's included.

Be clear about pricing

Membership or package pricing on the site filters out mismatched enquiries and builds trust. If prices vary, give a starting point and explain what affects it.

Share results responsibly

  • Use client stories and photos only with written consent.
  • Avoid promising specific outcomes — "lose 10 kg in 30 days" invites complaints and, in many places, advertising-rule problems.
  • Focus on the experience and progress over time rather than dramatic before-and-after claims.

Make the first step small

A consultation booking form with preferred times and a short "what's your main goal?" field is much easier to complete than a sign-up. Keep detailed health screening for the consultation itself — don't collect medical information through a public website form.

Answer the nervous questions

"I'm a complete beginner — is that OK?", "What should I wear?", "What if I have an injury?" An honest FAQ removes the hesitation that stops people booking.

A ready-made starting point

Our personal training studio website template has five pages — Home, About, Programs, FAQ and Contact — covering training programs, membership pricing, trainer profiles and success stories. Its consultation booking form stores requests in your own Postgres database, never on AI Tapz, and you can review and clear them from the "Manage live data" panel in your library.

Edit any text directly for free, or ask the AI editor to adapt it to your studio, billed per edit from your wallet. Publish to your own Vercel account, push to GitHub, or download a ZIP. More on the principles in how to build a website that captures leads, or browse all Dynamic Websites.
