Before you start

What you get

  • A designed issue: a cover with your masthead, the cover story and cover lines; a contents page; every article on its own page; and a back page with what's next and how to get in touch.
  • Articles laid out by kind: features with a big photo, two columns, a drop cap and a pull quote; interviews as questions and answers; how-tos and recipes with steps and sidebars; news in brief as a grid; an editor's letter.
  • Three designs: Editorial (elegant serif — lifestyle, travel, food, culture), Bold (big type and strong colour — business, tech, sport, music) and Community (warm and friendly — schools, clubs, churches, newsletters). The AI picks one from your kind of magazine, or you choose.
  • The issue opens in your Library: click any text to change it, click a photo to put your own in its place, recolour the whole issue from the Theme panel, or ask the AI to rewrite a page. Add articles by pasting your own text — they take the magazine's design — and move any page.
  • Save the whole issue as one PDF to print or share, or download it as HTML pages.

Good to know

  • The AI writes around the facts you give — names, dates, places, results — and never invents them. Where something is missing it writes around it; check every detail before you print.
  • Photos are real stock photos from Unsplash, chosen for each article, with the photographer credited beside them. For photos of your own people, events or products, click a photo in the Library and upload yours.
  • The AI writes original magazines. It won't copy an existing magazine's name, branding or articles, and it won't write harmful content.

Pricing that protects your wallet

  • When the AI starts writing, the most your issue can cost is held from your wallet: $3.00 for short articles, $6.00 standard or $9.00 long. When it's done, only the AI work it actually used is charged — at least $3.00 — and the rest comes straight back. A run that fails costs nothing.
  • Planning the issue costs nothing extra: if you go ahead, the AI work of the planning chat is part of your issue's price, still never above what's held; if you don't, you pay nothing.

Your magazine stays yours

  • Your description is used only to write your magazine. Only your account can see it. The issue you make is yours to print, share or sell.
