Floor Plan to 3D Model Using AI
Upload a floor plan (vector PDF or DXF) or just describe the building, and get a concept 3D model: IFC for Revit and ArchiCAD, GLB for any 3D viewer, PDF sheets with plans, elevations and 3D views, PNG images and a room schedule.

- 1
Upload or describe
A vector PDF (one page per floor) or a DXF plan — or describe the building in your own words.

$9 per floor. You see the exact maximum before anything is taken from your wallet.

AI builds the model
Walls, doors, windows and rooms are read from the plan (or laid out from your brief) and modelled in 3D.
- 4
Review & download
Turn the model in 3D, fix walls, doors and room names, and rebuild every file as often as you like — free.
Before you convert
What you get
- IFC4 BIM model — walls, floor slabs, roof, doors, windows and every room (IfcSpace) with areas and quantities. Opens in Revit, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, BricsCAD, Solibri, Navisworks and FreeCAD.
- GLB 3D model (glTF 2.0) for Windows 3D Viewer, Blender, SketchUp, web and AR viewers.
- PDF sheet set: cover with a 3D view, floor plans and elevations printed to a standard scale, 3D views and a room schedule — plus PNG images of every view and an Excel schedule of rooms, walls, doors and windows.
- A 3D viewer on this page where you can turn the model, save any view as an image, and edit walls, openings, rooms, heights and the roof.
Accuracy — a concept model
- Wall positions and thicknesses come from the plan's own lines, so a clean CAD export (vector PDF or DXF) gives the best result. What can be wrong is the meaning: a cabinet read as a wall, a window read as a door — check the model on this page and fix it in a few clicks.
- Plans don't show heights: floor-to-floor height, door and window heights and sill levels are assumed (and editable). Roofs are flat or a simple gable; complex roofs, stairs, curved walls, columns, structure and services aren't modelled.
- From a written brief the AI designs a plausible layout — it's a starting point for discussion, not a checked design.
- Concept design only (LOD 100–200): verify every dimension before design development. Not for construction or permit applications.
Scanned drawings
- A scan or photo has no lines to read. Scanned pages are skipped and never charged; if every page is scanned the run is rejected and the reserved amount comes straight back.
- DWG files: open them in your CAD program and Save As DXF (ASCII) first — or describe the building instead.
Pricing that protects your wallet
- $9.00 per floor with a $9.00 minimum. A DXF or a written brief counts as one floor; a PDF counts one floor per page modelled. Heavy files count one floor per started 10 MB.
- You see the maximum before you confirm. It's reserved from your wallet and you're never charged more; pages that can't be read and failed runs are returned automatically.
- Editing the model and rebuilding every file is free, as often as you like, for 30 days.
- One run is capped at 6 floors ($54.00), and you can have two runs in progress at a time.
Your files
- Your plan is processed in an isolated sandbox with no internet access and deleted as soon as the run finishes.
- The model and its files stay on this page for 30 days, then they're deleted. Only your account is shown them.
