How it works

  1. 1

    Describe your idea

A few lines about the product, who it's for and anything you've already decided.

  2. 2

    Agree the outline

The AI lists every section and what it will say. Ask it to add, drop or change anything — free.

  3. 3

    Pick your bundle

The scope pack alone, or add a pitch deck and a 3-year financial model built on the same facts.

  4. 4

    Download & edit

PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel files. Change any section on the page and rebuild them all free.

Before you start

What you get

  • A designed PDF: cover page with your product name, colour and names; document control with the key facts and assumptions; a contents page with page numbers; numbered sections; running headers, page numbers and a glossary.
  • The same pack as an editable Word file with real headings, tables and lists — the contents list fills in when Word opens it.
  • Free with every pack: a one-page summary PDF, and a backlog CSV of the MVP features and user stories that imports into Jira, Linear or Trello.
  • Standard sections: Executive Summary, Problem & Opportunity, Personas, Value Proposition, Market Size (TAM/SAM/SOM), Competitors, SWOT, PESTLE, Lean Canvas, Pricing & Unit Economics, Scope In/Out, MVP Features (MoSCoW), User Stories, Technical Approach, AARRR Growth Metrics, Go-to-Market, Roadmap (Gantt), Team & Budget, Risk Register and Next Steps. Ask for Porter's Five Forces or a User Journey in the chat.

Pitch deck and financial model

  • Pitch deck: 10–14 slides — problem, solution, market, product, business model, competition, go-to-market, roadmap, team and your ask — as an editable PowerPoint with speaker notes, and as a PDF.
  • Financial model: an Excel workbook with 36 months of customers, revenue, costs, profit and cash, driven entirely by yellow input cells — change a price or a hire date and everything recalculates. With the deck too, its financial slide uses the model's own numbers.

How accurate is it?

  • The pack is a well-structured first draft for discussion with your team, investors or developers — not market research. Market sizes, competitor details, prices, budgets and projections are the AI's planning estimates: check them before relying on them.
  • Anything you state in your brief or the chat (price, market, budget, timeline) is used exactly; anything you don't is proposed and marked “(assumed)” in the key facts.
  • The AI has no internet access while writing, so very recent competitors or prices may be missing. The financial model leaves out tax, depreciation and payment timing.

Pricing that protects your wallet

  • Minimum wallet balance: $9.00. A larger scope uses more AI work, and a run that ran out of funds part-way would leave you with nothing — so the balance needed for the biggest pack is required before you start. Chatting about the outline is free (up to 12 revisions per pack); nothing is taken until you generate.
  • When you generate, $9.00 is held. When the pack is ready, only the AI work it actually used is deducted from your wallet — the outline chat, the writing, and the pitch deck and financial model if you chose them — and the rest of the $9.00 comes straight back. You're never charged more than $9.00.
  • An extra the AI couldn't make costs nothing; a run that fails costs nothing. Editing the pack and rebuilding every file is free for 30 days.

Your idea stays yours

  • Your description and outline are used only to write your pack. The files are kept for 30 days so you can edit and download them, then deleted. Only your account can see them.
