Usage instructions
7 pages, each a complete, self-contained HTML page — a sunny, resort-at-home pool builder design: full-bleed pool photography with animated caustic light and frosted-glass headline cards, moving water-line dividers between sections, Quicksand rounded headlines over Source Sans 3, an aqua / deep-lagoon / sand / sunset-coral palette, 32px pool-shaped corners, kidney-shaped photo masks, pool-tile mosaic strips and wood-deck plank bands. 1. Home (index.html) — hero, count-up stats, build/renovate/service cards, 3D design split, pool-type chips and estimator teaser, before/after slider, sample water report, gallery strip, reviews. 2. Design & Build (design-build.html) — six-step build timeline with typical weeks, the pool cost estimator, feature cards, permit/fence/drain-safety/financing FAQ (FAQPage markup). 3. Pool Types (pool-types.html) — tabbed explorer for gunite, fiberglass, vinyl liner, plunge pools and spas (pros, cons, build time, sample price, lifespan), comparison table, shapes, FAQ. 4. Renovation (renovation.html) — before/after slider, resurfacing/tile/equipment cards, finish comparison table, signs it's time, safety notice. 5. Service (service.html) — Splash, Crystal and Resort weekly plans, sample water-chemistry meters, what happens each visit, repairs, FAQ. 6. Gallery (gallery.html) — masonry gallery with All / Modern / Resort / Plunge / Spas & features filters, project spotlight, count-ups, six reviews. 7. Free Design Consult (consult.html) — consult request form, call box, service areas, next steps, FAQ. ANIMATION. Hero water shimmers with drifting caustic light, the wavy dividers between sections ripple sideways like a waterline, bubbles and striped pool floats bob gently, numbers count up (they read the number you type), chemistry meters fill, the build timeline fills like a pipe as you scroll, the before/after slider nudges once to show it moves, and sections float in as you scroll. Everything is visible without JavaScript, and visitors who ask for reduced motion see a still page. POOL COST ESTIMATOR (Design & Build page). It works in the browser. Each pool type's sample range and typical build time are in its dropdown option's data-low, data-high and data-weeks attributes; size multipliers are the size options' values; each feature checkbox carries its own data-low/data-high; and the paver deck rate per square foot is on the estimator box (data-deck-low, data-deck-high). Replace every number with your own pricing. The result is a ballpark, not a quote — keep the note saying so. TABS. Pool types and gallery filters are tab groups: each tab link shows the panel in the same position. Duplicate a tab and a panel together to add one. Gallery photos can appear in "All" and in a category panel. WATER REPORT METERS. Each meter's fill is its inline --v value, and the shaded target band runs from --lo to --hi (percent of the bar). The readings are illustrative — adjust labels and targets to your sanitizer system. FONTS. Quicksand and Source Sans 3 load from Google Fonts via @font-face in each page's style block, with system sans-serif fallbacks. SEO. Each page opens with a labeled block (title, meta description, canonical link, Open Graph tags and JSON-LD — HomeAndConstructionBusiness with a PoolContractor additionalType, FAQPage, CollectionPage or WebPage). Copy it into your real <head> when you deploy, and update the domain, address, rating and areas served. FORMS. The free design consult form posts nowhere — connect it to your CRM or form service before publishing. The estimator does not submit anything. EDITING. Change colours and fonts site-wide in the editor's Theme panel; edit the header or footer once and use "Apply to all pages"; sections can be moved, duplicated, hidden or deleted (each carries its own wavy top edge, which takes the section's own background colour); use the Tablet and Mobile views for device-specific tweaks. CLAIMS & SAMPLE CONTENT. The company name, license number (FL Certified Pool Contractor CPC#0000000 (sample)), address, phone, prices, build times, service plan rates, statistics, awards, service areas and reviews are fictional placeholders — replace them with your own. Pool safety-barrier (fence, gate, alarm, cover) and drain-cover rules vary by state and county; the pages mention the federal Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act only in general terms — confirm wording against your local code. Financing is subject to credit approval; add your lender's terms and any required disclosures. The water-chemistry readings are illustrative. IMAGES. All photography is real Unsplash stock, self-hosted under /content-images. No photo shows a recognisable face (one overhead pool photo includes a distant swimmer seen from above). The before/after sliders pair two different pools as a sample — replace them with your own photos of the same pool, and replace gallery photos with your own projects.
