Free Website and Flyer for a Small Business

AI Tapz Team · October 31, 2026

When you run a small local business, your first website and your first flyer have the same job: tell a stranger in a few seconds what you do, where you are and how to reach you. Most are on a phone, deciding whether to call.

One page is enough to start

A first website doesn't need ten pages. It needs one page that answers four questions in order:

  • What do you do? A headline a customer would recognise — "Sourdough and celebration cakes", not "Artisan excellence".
  • What can I get? A short list of your main services or products.
  • Why you? Two or three reasons, written plainly.
  • How do I reach you? Phone, email and address, near the bottom and easy to tap.

Add pages later, once you know what customers ask about. Our page-by-page plan for a business website covers that next step.

Write it in your customers' words

Describe your business in one sentence, the way a regular would describe it to a friend. List services by the names people search for: "boiler repair", not "heating solutions". Specific beats clever, and it's what people search for.

Contact details and local search

For a local business, being found nearby matters more than anything else on the page. Use exactly the same business name, address and phone number on your website, your flyers and your Google Business Profile — matching details help search engines trust that they all describe one business. Put your town or area in your headline or description, and make the phone number a link so a mobile visitor can call with one tap.

Flyers: one message, readable across the room

A flyer is read in seconds. Give it one headline, one standout fact — the offer, the date or the price — and the details people need to act: when, where and how to contact you. Never print a placeholder or a guess: a wrong date or price costs more trust than the flyer earns.

Your logo, used the same way everywhere

Use the same logo file on your website and your flyers. If you don't yet, your business name set in a clean font works perfectly well as a starting logo — consistency matters more than polish.

Printing and sharing

Pick the paper size before you design: A4 and A5 are standard in most countries, US Letter in North America. Send a print shop a PDF; share a PNG or JPG on social media and messaging apps.

A ready-made starting point

AI Tapz has a free website and flyer maker. Answer a few questions — your kind of business, your name, a style, and optionally a one-line description, your services, your contact details and your logo — and a one-page website opens in a visual editor. Your words go straight onto the page; anything you skip starts as ready-written text for your kind of business, never lorem ipsum. Flyers cover events, sales, grand openings, menus, classes, services, property and hiring, in A4, A5 or US Letter, with three looks to choose from. Any date, place or price you don't give shows as a clear placeholder to replace, never a made-up fact.

Edit every word, colour and font yourself. Making and editing is free, uses no AI and needs no account; your work is kept in your browser. To download — the website as an HTML file, the flyer as a print-ready PDF, PNG or JPG — log in with a verified email.

When you're ready for more pages and real photos, look at the AI Website Maker or browse website templates.
